Discover
As research shows, self-awareness is critical to becoming a great leader. Discover is a one-day workshop tailored to help UBC students from all faculties discover their personal passions and values to reach their personal achievements. The workshop will commence with a keynote speaker and feature Lifepilot – an established organization with proven programs that enhance personal change and growth. This motivational workshop will provide the opportunity for students to create strategic goals and set tangible steps to achieve them. Successful student entrepreneurs from various faculties will receive special invitations to this workshop and provide inspiration of entrepreneurship to those who may not have previously considered it.

The Social Entrepreneurship Experience (SEE)
To celebrate Global Entrepreneurship Week, Enterprize Canada closes off the week with an exciting new initiative, the Social Entrepreneurship Experience. This conference introduces aspiring young leaders to prevailing issues, both internationally and within in the community to inspire entrepreneurship as a solution. Through prominent speakers and interactive activities, this experience will provide a hands-on atmosphere of open discussion to issues and solutions to support sustainable community and corporate responsibility. Delegates will have the opportunity to interact with influential businesses and entrepreneurs who have successfully addressed local issues and made a social contribution while fulfilling their business objectives. During the conference, delegates will be challenged to build preliminary business solutions to local problems such as the Vancouver Downtown East Side. It is Enterprize Canada’s is working to ensure that the winning teams will receive mentorship and monetary support to execute their initiatives.
