Aiman El-Ramly is a Chief Strategy Officer at ZE PowerGroup, and has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry. He leads a diverse group of professionals in implementing global business and marketing initiatives and in resourcing the company for continued growth. He also lends his leadership skills and knowledge as the Chief Operating Officer ZE Power Engineering, a transmission and distribution design company. Prior to joining ZE PowerGroup, Aiman worked as an independent consultant, and held positions in the marketing and energy management departments of BC Hydro. He holds an MBA from Royal Roads University and a BA in Psychology from University of British Columbia. Aiman is a Certified Management Consultant with Honours. In addition to his multifaceted roles within the energy industry, Aiman extends his participation throughout the community by being involved with youth sport and community initiatives.

Brendan Cooper was originally hired by the Canadian Youth Business Foundation as the Facilitator for British Columbia in 2008; with a focus on reaching young entrepreneurs in rural communities via video-conferencing. The pilot project was so successful the Brock University Honours Graduate stayed on staff and is now the Senior Business Manager for British Columbia where he continues his presentations and supports young start ups across the province with various needs. An entrepreneur himself; Brendan enjoys helping these young business owners become the success they strive to be.

Dorian is an experienced entrepreneur providing mentorship to technology startups around the world. The founded AirCelerator Wireless and in less than 3 years turned the company in the Lower Mainland’s largest wireless Internet service provider. Later, in 2004, he merged AirCelerator with Universco Broadband to form MetroBridge Networks. Dorian has worked internationally in Switzerland and Germany founding and managing companies ranging from financial institutions to IT companies. His mentorship has led many companies to great success as demonstrated by AirGames Wireless based out of Vancouver which won the first-ever Telus New Ventures competition under his advice. He has also hosted lectures at Harvard in the pre-MBA and business diploma programs.

Fraser Hall is a lifelong entrepreneur, activist and technology leader. From an early career in computer engineering to recent entrepreneurial and philanthropic and successes, Fraser has an appetite for identifying opportunities and successfully capitalizing upon them. Fraser holds a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from Sauder School of Business at UBC. He is currently Co-founder and Chairman of Recon Instruments, Co-Founder and Director of Bryght.com, President of Hall Pacific Developments and serves in an advisory capacity to a variety of Vancouver based tech companies as well as being a regular Captain for the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.

His career has featured an evolving series of demanding CFO, COO, and CEO challenges, in Canada, the US, and SE Asia, and serving as a director of both public and private companies and community service organizations . Notable here are serving as a director of a specialty consumer finance company based in Clearwater, FL, USA, which grew from concept to US $50 million in assets during Joseph’s eight-year term ($242 million, 2012), and serving as a senior officer of a B2B start-up that grew within two years to 400 employees and $1 million a week in revenues.
